Answer a variety of different emails from different customers inquiring about their insurance claims. Your agility in promptly addressing these concerns not only earns you valuable points but also fosters exceptional customer satisfaction. Swift and efficient responses are rewarded. However, be wary of delays, for they may catch the attention of the big guy, potentially leading to angry call from your boss.
Recieve Phone Calls
The phone is a unique mechanic in this game that allows you as the player to talk to a variety of different customers to assist them with any life crisis they may have. Yes, some of them do drone on and on, but please remember to be polite and provide the best service! Remember your job may be on the line…
Sort Paperwork
Does the printer ever need a break to cool off? Not in this office. While you are busy responding to the phone and answering emails, don’t forget to check the printer for any faxes coming your way. If you’re not careful and making sure forms are in the right folder, you could end up with a huge mess on your hands. Remember cubicle inspections are tomorrow!
Stickers
Collect a variety of different stickers throughout the game by completing various tasks around the office.
